Restitutiebeleid
Online bedrijven die producten verkopen, zijn verplicht om een retourbeleid en een restitutiebeleid inzake hun producten te hebben.
Dit is belangrijk omdat er voldaan moet worden aan de voorschriften voor de bescherming van consumenten. Het voorkomt claims van klanten die niet tevreden zijn met de gekochte producten.
Het is goed om te weten dat veel websites die te maken hebben met de verkoop van fysieke goederen hun restitutiebeleid als een afzonderlijk document publiceren. Dit omvat normaal gesproken meer instructies en informatie over de procedures voor retourzendingen en terugbetalingen.
De uitleg en informatie die hierin wordt gegeven betreft echter enkel uitleg, informatie en voorbeelden in algemene zin. U dient dit artikel niet te interpreteren als juridisch advies of als aanbevelingen omtrent hetgeen u daadwerkelijk zou moeten doen. REGISTRATION TO THE EVENT
The form below must be fully completed and send back to us. Given the fact that this is an individual competition, we do NOT offer the possibility for teams to be formed. Therefore, each smoking participant needs to complete his/her own form and forward this to the administration by clicking the button below.
When a participant comes with a non-smoking partner, who wishes to participate in the gala-dinner only, he/she can be added in the same form. If smoker and partner both are participating in the competition, as well as in the gala-dinner, they need to complete a form EACH.
Note that due to the nature of the event, it is NOT allowed to bring spectators to the contest in Oirschot, meaning only ticket holders for the contest are allowed to travel to Oirschot.
It is possible that an intermediary can register one or more participants, for example if there is no internet access or digital payment. In that case, it still applies that one attendee and one or two dinner participants can be registered and paid for per ticket.
When registering multiple people, the procedure must be repeated per person and per ticket.
The intermediary must use HIS/HER bank details and e-mail address for the payment and feedback. As mentioned in the introduction, we work with payment beforehand, and it is therefore NOT POSSIBLE to pay cash during the registration in the hotel. Only a few exceptions are made, allowing cash payment, due to geographical or political circumstances.
Only after payment has been received will the participants receive an email confirming that the tickets have been bought. After confirmation, the tickets will be sent to your e-mail. Only 250 tickets are available for the smoking contest, full=full!
HOW TO BUY TICKETS
1. First fill in the Google forms that appears after clicking the button 'Buy your tickets here'.
2. After filling in the forms you will receive an e-mail regarding payment. Please note that the e-mail could be in your spam-folder.
3. Use the bank details provided in the e-mail to make the payment. Note that any costs due to currency exchange is paid by the customer buying the tickets.
3. After payment is received by the administration, you will receive a second e-mail confirming your registration to the event. ONLY WHEN YOU RECEIVE THE FINAL CONFORMATION EMAIL YOUR TICKET BECOMES VALID! Note, receiving conformation that you've paid might take 3/4 days.
