Program Sunday October 12 - Location Van der Valk Hotel Eindhoven & Oirschot
09.00 / 11.00 - Registration WK Championship (11.00 A.M. dead line!);
12.00 / 12.15 - Assembling WK championship attendees at Van der Valk Hotel Eindhoven;
12.15 / 12.45 - departure of the bus / coach;
13.00 / 13.30 - arrival at the special venue in OIRSCHOT;
13.30 / 14.00 - welcome and opening by the mayor of OIRSCHOT;
14.00 / 18.00 - WK Championship;
18.00 / 18.30 - Awards ceremony and closing;
18.45 / 19.15 - Departure of the participants by bus / coach;
19.45 / 20/15 - Participants back at Van der Valk Hotel Eindhoven.
There is no possibility of parking your car near the location of the competition. Therefore, attendees must park their cars in the Van der Valk Hotel Eindhoven parking lot. Transport from the car park to the match venue will be provided by bus. You will receive the ticket when you register on Saturday or Sunday morning.
